You’re probably already familiar with the amazing things oils can do! Many people believe in the healing energies of crystals. Humans are made up of energies that are constantly changing based on our moods, behaviors, and even our surroundings. Crystals also give off energy, but because of their crystalline structure, their energy is constant. It doesn't change like ours. Because of this, they can help us rebalance our own energies. If you are unsure of crystals- I like to say that if just looking at the crystals makes you smile because they are beautiful, then they are working! Many believe you'll be drawn to the crystal your body needs simply by looking at or holding the crystal. The crystal you feel most attracted to is the crystal you need. A quick Google search on that stone will bring up the energy it holds, along with its specific benefits, or, use our Crystals for Beginners Guide! You can also work backward by researching crystals first and then choosing one that best matches your "symptoms." If I were struggling with worry or fear, for example, I might look for an amazonite crystal. If I wanted to increase focus and concentration, I might set a ruby in my office where I work most often.

I hand choose 95% of the crystals we use in person at gem and mineral shows around the United States. I believe it is so important to see them in person, to talk with the people that visit the mines directly, and to hear the stories behind the crystals. This allows me to choose only high-quality crystals and to support the miners directly.

Crystals can be used for so many things, like relieving stress, helping you sleep better at night, improving self-esteem, helping you forgive, or helping you focus. Any trouble you’re having, there’s a crystal for that! You can hold them while meditating or praying, place them where you’ll see them most often, carry them in your pocket, wear them, combine them with your essential oils, or place them under your pillow at night. As crystals are busy helping you heal, they’ll eventually need a little maintenance themselves.

There are several ways to cleanse your crystals. You’ll want to do this when you first get your crystals (particularly if they’re not from a reputable source), but you can also do these things anytime you feel their power dimming.

+ The moon & sun (set your crystals out all night during a full moon, or even all day in the direct sun)

+ Smoke cleansing or energy cleansing (you can cleanse your crystals the same way you’d cleanse your space)

+ Selenite (selenite is a cleansing crystal; placing your crystals on or near selenite to cleanse them)

Our rollers are made by an amazing manufacturer in China. We have worked with this same manufacturer for over 3 years which allows us to have a great relationship and ensure the high quality we expect. We hand check every single bottle, cap, gem top, and more for any defects before we pack them into sets for you!

The actual roller ball itself is either made from glass (I know it looks like plastic, but I promise it’s glass! And they are amazing!) or from a genuine gemstone. Choosing a gemstone top instead of glass is a personal preference. Gemstone roller tops are a great way to get the benefits of using a gemstone alongside your oils! They are also really pretty. 💁🏻‍♀️ And remember, if the beauty of the gemstone makes you smile when you use it, isn’t it worth it?

Because essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, it’s not always safe to apply the oils directly to your skin. That’s where roller bottles come in; they’re one of the gentlest ways to apply essential oils. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to your bottle, dilute with a carrier oil, and your roller is ready to go!
