How to use a roller bottle:
Step One: Add Oils
Add your favorite essential oils, then fill your bottle with a carrier oil, like fractionated coconut oil. Secure your roller top.
Step Two: Roll On Pulse Points
Gently shake your bottle, then roll on the inside of your wrists, the bottoms of your feet, the back of your neck, or down your spine. Take a few deep, calming breaths.
