Which Essential Oils Should I Use? 

Oils and crystals are a match made in heaven and trust us, there’s no way to get this wrong! All of our crystals roller bottles are safe to pair with any essential oils, but here are some suggested pairings:

How Do I Use My Crystal Roller? 

Once you’ve added your essential oils to your crystal roller, you can stash your roller in a convenient drawer, your purse or backpack, or your vehicle’s cupholder--wherever you’ll see your roller often! 

We’ve found keeping the rollers out means we remember to use them, and the more you use your natural wellness tools, the more they’ll help. You can roll them on: 

• The back of your neck 
• The inside of your wrists 
• Across your heart 
• The base of your spine 
• The bottom of your feet 
• Sore muscles 
• Over your stomach  

Be careful not to get oil into sensitive places, like your eyes!

Why Should I Use Crystals With My Oils? 

Crystals for roller bottles are a beautiful and completely natural, non-toxic way to intensify the healing power of essential oils. Ancient cultures revered crystals for their healing properties, and we love them for healing + the joy they bring us. 

Most people start using crystals because they’re beautiful--they keep using crystals because these gorgeous little stones become potent reminders and focal points for wellness and self-care, helping our customers grow in intentionality and healing day after day.  

Can You Reuse Essential Oil Roller Bottles? 

Yes. Reusing essential oil roller accessories is easy and extremely environmentally friendly, and high quality glass bottles and roller tops like ours will last a very long time. You can rinse with soap and water in between uses, or simply refill. 

Can I Reuse the Crystals? 

Yes! You can remove them and place them in another roller bottle or container if you want. 

How Do I Clean My Crystals? 

You don’t need to clean your crystals when you’re reusing or refilling your roller bottle, but you certainly can if you want. Simply remove the crystals and rinse them with water or soap and water, dry, and then place them back in the bottle. 

If you’d like to spiritually cleanse your crystals, there’s a few ways to do that--here are two of our favorites: 

• “Charge” your crystals by removing them from the bottle or placing the bottle on selenite, a crystal known for its cleansing abilities 
• Place your crystals outside under the moon for a full night, or bury in the earth for a full night 
• Place your crystals outside in the sun all day 

Am I Going to Use the Wrong Oils or Crystals? 

You can’t “do” crystals wrong and there’s no wrong way to use oils and crystals together. All of our crystals are completely safe to use with any essential oils. You can take our suggestions or blaze your own trail--the journey is half the fun!

Crystals, like many ancient and completely natural healing modalities, do more than modern science can currently quantify, but we believe two things: 1) if you’re smiling, you’re winning (and crystals make us smile!) and 2) thousands of years of human history can’t be all wrong (that’s how long crystals have been in use by ancient cultures).

Most people find that crystals become symbols for hope and healing, helping create focus and intentionality. Add in essential oils and you’ve got a power couple!   

What’s the Difference Between a Crystal and a Gemstone? 

A crystal is a rock (a really, really gorgeous rock), but a gemstone is a crystal that’s hard enough to be cut into a bead.
