After many months of difficulty sleeping I gave my 7 year old daughter this set. I thought if she could see and hold a crystal it would help take her focus off going to sleep. We read about each one and how they would help her. They are part of our bedtime routine. She is so proud that she has the courage and confidence to go to sleep on her own (with the help of the crystals). She loves crystals and wants to tell everyone about them.
