Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for our gemstone roller tops. Please send an email to hello@whimsyandwellness.com for the price list and minimum order requirements. 

For all other items we offer a 10% discount on orders over $100 or more. Use the code SAVE10 at checkout. We offer a 20% discount on orders over $200 or more. Use the code SAVE20 at checkout. 

Are the roller tops metal or plastic?

Neither! They are actually glass. We found glass to be the best since the release the perfect amount of oil. We had trouble with the metal roller balls actually falling out of the roller piece with certain carrier oils, and plastic isn't anyones first choice for use with essential oils. So glass was the perfect option! 

Do you offer custom items?

Yes! Check out our custom section. If you don't see what you need send me an email at hello@whimsyandwellness.com and we can probably meet your request. Custom orders will be unavailable from July 7th 2019- September of 2019 as we adjust to life with another new babe!

Where is my Package? 

You will receive an email when your item ships with tracking information. Once items leave our hands, we unfortunately aren't able to control what happens to them. We ship through USPS and you can contact them here if you have any issues: https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm

What is your return/refund policy?

We want to make sure you love the products you receive! We are happy to cancel and refund orders (non-custom) as long as they have not been packaged or shipped already. Once an item is packaged and ready to enter the mail, we can only offer refunds once the product is sent back to us. The return shipping will be covered by the customer unless the reason for return or refund was a mistake on our behalf. Please email us at hello@whimsyandwellness.com with your request and we will do everything we can to help you!
