I clicked on F and the corresponding photo was the cover photo. I clicked on all of the different letters and received different photos that corresponded with them. I really liked F and received apparently a different stone from what I was looking at. I waited two weeks for this to arrive, and I am very disappointed that I have to ship it back now. I would suggest sending an email or calling and asking what you will actually be receiving.

Hi Ally! I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your crystal and that it wasn't the one you thought you were going to receive. Sometimes the photos do take a second to update once you select a new variant. Two weeks is not our usual shipping time, it was due to a high volume of orders during a huge sale, and we did our best to advertise on our website and in confirmation emails that orders were taking 1-3 weeks to ship from our warehouse, we are so sorry if that wasn't made clear when you placed your order. We plan to offer you a full refund for this crystal as soon as we receive it back and have already send a return shipping label to you to make this process as easy as possible, even though I know having to send anything back can be a pain, and we are so sorry for this mix up!
